Since 1982, Funnel Cake Factory has been the hidden gem of Pigeon Forge — in the same cozy spot where we’ve grown our family while watching yours. Founded by our beloved Butch, who poured his heart into every funnel cake until his passing in July 2024, our shop is now carried on with love by his son and the Human family, honored to serve your family and be part of your sweetest moments.

"We came to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area for vacation – belated honeymoon and we had seen on TikTok about this small family owned business. Both my husband and I haven't had a funnel cake in years. We were blown away by all the choices between the ice cream and the fudge, etc. We chose to go with the traditional, but with strawberries. The staff was incredible. They put the strawberries and whipped cream in containers on the side and we got to dip our cake into it. It was delicious – fresh, hot, light and flaky. I cannot recommend this place enough. We love supporting small businesses. Definitely a place we will come back to in the future."
